The pricing in the table above is based on what I consider standard web page content. Standard content would include graphics and photos of low to moderate complexity, tabbed or drop-down page navigation, links to other sites and e-mail links and/or forms.
Note: Some pricing is negotiable based on the complexity of each page.
More elaborate graphical content will be additionally priced on an individual case-by-case basis, with a fixed estimate supplied beforehand for this type of development. Examples of this type of content would be more complex Photoshop elements, customized graphics, Flash content or slide shows.
I require a 20% of total estimate up-front deposit that is refundable in most, but not all cases. The deposit is due once you have signed off on the design. This is explained fully in the KIS contract.
